TEACHING & FACILITATION
Louis delivers workshops in theatre-making, playwriting and devising, for schools, colleges, theatres, universities and drama schools across the UK and internationally. He has taught and worked at several of the UK’s leading drama schools and Universities, including the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, The Oxford School of Drama, Guildford School of Acting, University of Surrey, East 15 Acting School, University of Essex, and Royal Holloway, and run workshops for theatres including the Battersea Arts Centre, Nothcott Theatre Exeter, Soho Theatre, and Omnibus Theatre.
He is currently a visiting lecturer on the MA/MFA Writing for Theatre, Film, Radio and Television at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and Module Leader & Industry Specialist on the MA Acting at East 15 Acting School. He also teaches at Guilford School of Acting, on the MA Acting, MA/MFA Theatre, and BA Applied and Contemporary Theatre programmes.
Louis previously worked with the Guildford School of Acting to deliver the Funded Regional Outreach Project, a nation-wide outreach scheme in collaboration with GSA, the Federation for Drama Schools, and UK charity Get Into Theatre. As a facilitator and youth director, Louis has worked with Battersea Arts Centre, Northcott Theatre, Exeter, and Omnibus Theatre, Clapham, as well as several schools and colleges across the country.
